Allyson Waylen has worked as a professional advisor since 2016 and has experience working with first-year students and students who are transitioning between majors. Before coming to ÀóÖ¦ÊÓÆµ, Allyson worked as a Professional Academic Advisor and Academic Coach at Gwynedd Mercy University. Additionally, Allyson taught First Year Experience in the fall and spring semesters and served on various committees like the Strengthening Advising Committee, the General Admissions Committee, and the Registration Event Committee. Allyson earned a M.S. in Higher Education Counseling and Student Affairs from West Chester University and a B.A. in Psychology from Temple University.

Becki Silver

Becki Silver has been a professional advisor since 2014. She has extensive experience working with first-year and adult students and a strong foundation in major exploration. Before coming to ÀóÖ¦ÊÓÆµ, Becki was the Career Advisor and an Assistant Professor at Lehigh Carbon Community College. She has over twenty years of experience working in education. She began as a high school English teacher before moving into the counseling role that led her to academic advising. Becki holds an M.S. in Youth Counseling from the International Institute for Restorative Practices and is a ÀóÖ¦ÊÓÆµ alum with a B.A. in English.
Eric Kramer

Eric Kramer has been a professional advisor since 2020. He began his career in Higher Education at Lehigh Carbon Community College, where he served as both an Academic Advisor and a facilitator for new student orientation presentations and classes. Before his time in higher education, Eric earned his B.S. in Secondary Education at Kutztown University, and then took a detour into Sales for ten years before returning to academia when he earned his M.S.Ed in Higher Education Leadership & Administration at Capella University.
