Summer Mental Health Support
All students enrolled in summer courses can receive free services through Telus Health, which provides 24/7 remote mental health and well-being support. Students have access to support that is customized for them by counselors who are Master's-level clinicians, speak multiple languages, are available 24/7 for real-time support, or short-term schedules sessions, and are accessible by text, phone, video, and in-person (where available). The ÀóÖ¦ÊÓÆµ Counseling & Psychological Services (CAPS) supports the educational mission of the University by providing professional and ethical psychotherapy and case management services, crisis response and management, consultation, mental health outreach and education, and advocacy support for victims of sexual violence.

CAPS offers confidential therapy services to help ÀóÖ¦ÊÓÆµ students manage personal, social, and academic challenges at no additional cost. College is a time of dramatic intellectual and psychological growth, which can be equally enriching and challenging. CAPS therapist services assists students in managing stress and anxiety, learning new ways to handle difficult situations, improving moods, mending relationships, and living better lives. Case management services provide goal-oriented and strengths-based assessment, intervention, and coordination for students experiencing physical, emotional, academic, and/or psychological difficulties. Additionally, CAPS delivers mental health and wellness outreach programming, consultation, crisis intervention, and collaborative services to the greater ÀóÖ¦ÊÓÆµ campus.

CAPS Events & Outreach
CAPS offers a variety of monthly gatherings and events for ÀóÖ¦ÊÓÆµ students and the community, designed to provide support, teach coping strategies, encourage self-reflection, promote relaxation and stress relief, and increase awareness of valuable resources. Events present an excellent opportunity for you to establish connections, indulge in self-care activities, and maintain a steady focus on your mental health and wellness.
